Telehealth Services Provided
Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute consultation over the phone. This opportunity aims to provide clarity on whether or not I am a good fit for you to support you along your journey. During this consultation, we will also briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, address any questions you may have, as well as go over practice policies.
Individual Therapy
Clients work one on one with a therapist to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. The therapist guides them to gain insight into their emotions, change negative patterns, and establish coping skills. Therapy is tailored to individual needs, and I utilize various approaches including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, and Person-Centered, to address client’s identified issues. It’s a collaborative process that promotes personal growth and emotional well-being.
Family Therapy
Families will work with a therapist to address conflicts, improve communication, and improve overall family functioning. It acknowledges that individuals’ behaviors and emotions are interconnected and influenced by their roles within the family system. Through open dialogue and guided conversations, therapists help families understand each other’s perspectives, identify patterns, and develop healthier communication. The focus is on strengthening relationships, resolving challenges, and creating a healthier family environment by addressing underlying issues and promoting positive changes.
Couple’s Therapy
Couple’s therapy, also known as marriage counseling, focuses on improving the communication and dynamics between partners in a romantic relationship. It addresses conflicts, enhances understanding, and provides tools for effective problem-solving. The therapist guides couples through discussions, helping them express feelings and concerns in a supportive environment. Couples therapy is beneficial for couples at different relationship stages and utilizes various approaches tailored to the couple’s unique needs and goals.
